You will have an excellent understanding of 1st / 2nd Line Support who is comfortable with providing both telephone and desk-side support. Alongside some base technical knowledge, the main focus is a drive to provide excellent customer support within an ITIL aligned environment. If you have experience within a SaaS company, that would be good too!

** Experience within a Technical Service Desk

** Knowledge of Windows or Linux OS

** Knowledge of Active Directory (Ideally, Azure AD)

** Knowledge of Office365 suite including SharePoint would be a plus

** Ticketing: Jira (or equivalent)

The Role?

You will be tasked with providing excellent Support and striving to resolve issues on the first contact. There will be plenty of opportunity to get stuck into exciting projects alongside the BAU work too. The company have recently made some great appointments and you'll be given the opportunity to really expand on your knowledge, only furthering your career.

Where and when?

The company are working 100% remote at the moment and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. That being said, we are looking for those based in the Central Belt of Scotland as there may be an expectation of some office work going forward, the details of which are being ironed out at the moment.

Although you would be starting remotely, the company are used to getting folk up to speed from home and have this down to a fine art to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Rotational Shift Pattern: 08:00-16:00, 09:00 - 17:00 and 12:00-20:00 (You will only be scheduled for 12:00 to 20:00 once you are comfortable with the role and have received adequate training).
