What's the company like?

They're one of the world's leading Professional Services Firms with an excellent reputation across the industry. A large amount of the technical operation is based in Central Glasgow, who support the wider operation across multiple sites.

They are currently going through a tremendous period of growth and are looking for your help to bolster the Service Desk with a senior member of the team.

What will I be doing?

You will provide excellent service to major clients across the UK and Europe whilst ensuring that incidents and tasks are resolved within strict SLA's

You will need to have a good understanding of ITIL and will ideally have experience with ServiceNow.

What will I need?

** Strong understanding of ITSM Tools: ServiceNow / SolarWinds / Cherwell
** Strong knowledge of Office 365 / Active Directory / Exchange
** Strong understanding of ITIL
** Experience of managing multiple support requests simultaneously

We are looking for candidates with a strong technical background in IT Service Management with the ability to communicate with users across all levels of the business; both technical and non-tech.

You will work closely with stakeholders and the wider business so there's plenty of collaboration within the company.


You'll get the opportunity to work within a highly technical environment that's going through some major technical change at the moment.

The standard working hours are Monday to Friday 08:00AM to 16:30PM with the company adopting a work from home policy at the moment due to pandemic safeguarding.
