Service Desk Support Analyst required to join a very successful and established Professional Services Company in Glasgow City Centre on a Fixed Term Contract basis.
You will join a fast-paced Service Desk to provide first line support to a busy global user base. You will be tasked with the timely first line desktop, mobile and application support for all internal users to ensure minimum downtime and disruption.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working within a fast-paced Service Desk environment.
This role would be suited to a candidate with strong working knowledge of Windows Desktops, Office suite and MDM experience: including Blackberry.
You will have a proven ability to deliver great customer service experience with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with and work well with users at all levels of the business.
The shift pattern for this role is Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, 8.5 hours a day (including an hour for lunch) based on a rotating shift pattern
Key Skills and Experience
** Microsoft Office XP/WIN7/2003 and 2010 - Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint
** Knowledge of Document Management Systems would be beneficial
** CRM application knowledge: Ideally Interaction
** Knowledge of Dictation Software: Bighand 3 or similar
** Active Directory Administration
** Email Archiving Solutions: Ideally K Vault
** Installation/moves of hardware such as printers, digital senders, MFD's (multi-function devices), PC's and all peripheral items
