Service Desk Manager
Salary: £30K - £35K per annum

They're one of Scotland's leading Managed Service Providers with an excellent reputation across then industry. Based in the Central Belt of Scotland, they support Enterprise level clients across the UK and Europe.
You will provide excellent service to major clients across the UK and Europe whilst ensuring that incidents and tasks are resolved within strict SLA's
You will need to have a good understanding of ITIL and will ideally have experience with ServiceNow.
You'll get the opportunity to work within a highly technical environment with some of the most interesting project work you're likely to come across. With a starting salary of around £30,000 per year - there is a bit of flexibility on this too.
The offices are based in the Central Belt, but there will be home working at the moment.
