Salary: £30K - £35K per annum

What's the company like?

They're one of Scotland's leading Managed Service Providers with an excellent reputation across then industry. Based in the Central Belt of Scotland, they support Enterprise level clients across the UK and Europe.

They are currently going through a tremendous period of growth and are looking for your help to bolster the Service Desk with a senior member of the team.

What will I be doing?

You will provide excellent service to major clients across the UK and Europe whilst ensuring that incidents and tasks are resolved within strict SLA's

You will need to have a good understanding of ITIL and will ideally have experience with ServiceNow.

What will I need?

** Strong understanding of ITSM Tools: ServiceNow / SolarWinds
** Strong knowledge of Office 365 / Active Directory / Exchange / Azure
** ITIL Qualified
** Experience of managing multiple support requests simultaneously

We are looking for candidates with a strong technical background in IT Service Management with the ability to communicate with users across all levels of the business; both technical and non-tech.

You will work closely with stakeholders and the wider business so there's plenty of collaboration within the company.


You'll get the opportunity to work within a highly technical environment with some of the most interesting project work you're likely to come across. With a starting salary of around £30,000 per year - there is a bit of flexibility on this too.

The offices are based in the Central Belt, but there will be home working at the moment.
