Service Delivery Analyst

2nd Line IT Support Engineer is required to join our client in Glasgow City Centre. This will be for an initial 9 months inside ir35, paying £200 per day with a chance of extension. We are looking to get someone started on short notice, so candidates will ideally be immediately available or ready to start within the next two weeks.

You will join an experienced team at an extremely busy time within the company's history. You will play a vital part in providing a broad range of support throughout the business and must have a proactive mindset.

In your role you will cover a broad range of support including:

Incident management:

** Maintains records and advises relevant persons of actions taken.

** Following agreed procedures, identifies, registers and categorises incidents.

** Reduce incidents, spot incident patterns and work through problems.

Application Support:

** Assists in the investigation and resolution of issues relating to applications.

** Assists with specified maintenance procedures.

Security Administration:

** Receives and responds to routine requests for security support.

** Maintains records and advises relevant persons of actions taken.

** Assists in the investigation and resolution of issues relating to access controls and security systems.

Key Skills:

** Active Directory

** Hardware support

** Windows 10 Support

** Citrix

** Office 365 administration

** SCCM

** Intune

** ITIL
