Salary: £26K - £29K per annum
You will be joining the team with plans to expand further and will be integral part of their transformation. If you've worked within the third sector /medical field, this could be a particularly good fit.
You will have an excellent understanding of 1st / 2nd Line Support who is comfortable with providing both telephone and deskside support. There will be a good opportunity to travel to different sites maybe once or twice a month, usually within your area but this can be UK wide too.
** Experience of Second Line Support to external customers and internal users alike
You will be tasked with providing excellent Support and striving to resolve issues on the first contact. There will be plenty of opportunity to get stuck into exciting projects alongside the BAU work too.
They're based in Hammersmith, right on the banks of the Thames. All precautions have been taken to ensure the safety of staff and service users.
The salary on offer is between £26,000 to just under £29,000. You'll be working for an excellent organisation changing the lives of thousands in Scotland and further afield. They have relied on a Managed Service Provider for the last 3 years and are now in a position to steer the department in the direction they see fit for their needs.
