Head of Reporting
Salary: £60K - £75K per annum
A data-rich organisation is looking for a Head of Reporting & Visualisation to join their analytics team and take their reporting and visualisation capabilities to the next level.
Your new company
They're well-respected company in Manchester who have in recent years invested heavily in data, before broadening their reach and are now looking to hire a reporting expert to accelerate their transformation.
You'll work in a tight-knit team striving for the same goal. The plan is to build a modern infrastructure to support data science and analytics work.
To succeed, you'll need extensive experience of working with various stakeholders, gathering requirements, and building roadmaps. You'll be able to present the data into visualisations back to Director level colleagues using modern reporting tools - ideally Power BI, but Tableau, Looker, Qlik would be great as long as you don't mind using Power BI in this role.
You will likely be working in a Head of Reporting, or Visualisation role at the moment, where you are the go-to person for pulling together data in a visually presentable way.
Your new role
You will be responsible for designing and building a streamlined set of standard reports which will answer most of company's complex data problems for stakeholders across the business including marketing, financial analytics, consumer insights and logistics.
This is a unique challenge in that they already do a host of reports, but don't really have a cohesive structure in place and this is really where you come in to put something in place that will stand the test of time.
The company are paying a generous salary of up to £75,000 for someone with exceptional skills, flexible working - which will be something like 2 days a week in the City Centre office, and a strong bonus & pension package.
