Salary: £60K - £100K per annum
Looking for an Azure Data Architect to join a large firm in Manchester as they look to expand their analytical capabilities.
This firm has a global list of clients and projects and offer exceptional services to companies going through business and technology transformation. The data team have been helping UK organisations transform their analytical capabilities by providing complex solutions across the data spectrum.
Although not a traditional technology firm, because of their level of expertise and client base, they have been able to add real value and build a pretty stellar leadership team to have an enviable data analytics capability pretty quickly.
You'll join in a senior role to lead the design and architecture of complex data projects to meet customer needs. Not only will you be exceptional in Microsoft Azure and its services such as Synapse and Data Factory, but you'll also ideally have an understanding of Snowflake and Dynamics 365.
The right person needs to be well rounded, with strong client facing skills with the ability to explain what is happening with the data in a simple way for people that aren't technically minded. You will also be experienced in data modelling and architecture for modern data platforms, building database solutions native to cloud providers and putting an emphasis on the DWH technology.
What's in it for you?
The company want the best, so they're looking to pay a base salary ranging £60,000-£100,000 as well as bonuses, flexible benefits allowance of circa £8-10k and company pension, which can reach 20% depending on your contribution. The company aren't looking at a hard return to the office so there's also some remote working on offer, with the option of a pretty epic Manchester City Centre office for the days you do fancy it. They also do regular social events, which are totally optional, but well attended.
