IT Service Desk Lead - Fast Growing Organisation

An opportunity for an Escalations Manager has arisen within a services organisation based just off the A1 near Richmond. Over the last few years the organisation has gone strength to strength acquiring new clients and are set to have a national footprint in the next few years.

This is a brand-new role where you will be responsible for helping the helpdesk team out with priority cases and will manage tickets from end to end through to completion. You will have both good communication, strong technical knowledge and customer service skills.

You will regularly be speaking to clients dealing with key requests and working in tangent with the Service Desk Team Lead to ensure SLA's are adhered to whilst ensuring all tickets are solved to a satisfactory level.

This role has been created for somone who knows a busy service desk inside an out and is looking for the next step in their career. You will be able to maintain your technical knowledge and be an integral part of the company's large expansion plans, so you will have a defined career path from the early stages.

Key Skills:

** Knowledge of full helpdesk practices

** Extremely good customer service skills

** 1st/ 2nd and 3rd Line Support

** Closure of high priority incidents within SLA

** Adhering with KPI's and SLA's and making sure everyone else does

** Dealing with client requests

** Active directory

** Experience dealing with VIP clients
