2nd Line Engineer
Salary: £25K - £27K per annum

You will have an excellent understanding of 2nd line support, core infrastructure technologies and experience of working with users at all levels of the organisation. It is important that you have prior experience of working with Office 365 and Exchange Online products across large environments.
The main part of this role will be Incident Management with a focus of providing efficient support whilst adhering to ITIL guidelines. There will be plenty of opportunity to get stuck into exciting projects including working with bespoke software.
You will be tasked with providing excellent 2nd line support and striving to resolve issues on the first contact.
You will be joining an existing team of three and will be a key part of this busy support function. This role will be partially home based but we need someone to be within an easy commute of Dunfermline.
You will be expected to be in the office at least 3 days a week for the first wee while but this can be one or two days a week once you're settled.
It's a concise 1 stage process with interviews planned within the next 2 weeks. The interview will be conducted remotely via Teams.
