IT Support Analyst - Glasgow City Centre

IT Support Analyst required to join a successful Global company for a permanent position within their Glasgow City Centre Office.
You will be joining a small technical support team responsible for supporting the company's global internal IT infrastructure, working to ensure that all internal systems and environments are performing as planned, providing a high level of support to all areas of the business. This position covers a wide variety of responsibilities from the installation, configuration and maintenance of desktop, server, hardware and network environments to 2nd line field support.

Skill Set and Responsibilities:
** Responsible for the Installation, configuration, as well as the maintenance of computer hardware, software, networks, mobile devices, and printers etc.
** Document all incidents and how they are resolved via the Service Desk software and follow best practice.
** Good experience with Active Directory- adding users, troubleshooting, user network access permission, AD account administration etc.
** Responsible for managing mobile devices, configure, and troubleshooting any issues
** Creation and maintenance of Windows standard configuration images
** Great working background in troubleshooting MS Windows 7 as well as MS Office and / or office365
** Good experience with HP desktop / laptop, iOS and / or other mobile devices
** Working knowledge of WAN/ LAN protocols
** Microsoft accreditations such as MCP and / or MCSE would be advantageous
Please note you will be expected to travel to client sites 1 /2 weeks out of every month, so you must be willing to commit to ongoing and new project work.
